Hand-Cut Jigsaw PuzzlesI've retired twice, now, so you'd think I'd be able to slow down, but... yeah, not so much. Making puzzles helps. Sometimes people buy them, which is annoying; I'm a grouchy old guy and I'm used to being annoyed, so there's that ...and I can always make another one.If you want a custom puzzle, and have rights to the picture, I can do that. No more than twenty pieces per square inch, no fewer than six, and it has to fit on a letter-size page, because that's how big I can print it. If you think asking for fewer pieces will save you money, nope. I start at a dollar and a half per piece, and the minimum is one hundred pieces, even if I have to count some of them two or three times... There are folks who like to cut really intricate figurals and fancy stuff. I love them, but I don't do them. I do semi-traditional cuts, meaning they will interlock 99.9% of the time. (Goal is 100%. So it goes.) You'll be able to pick it up by a corner and wave it around, within reason. You get it in a frame, or with a frame, no exceptions. Toss the frame, I don't care. I started framing them after I dropped a 571 piece puzzle on the floor at a convention, but I'll spare you the details of that long day. Monday: Union Hall in Lakeland -- Lakeland Lindy Hop 1023 S Florida Ave, Lakeland. Two swing dance lessons, starting at 7PM, social dancing before and after. Free social dance, every last Wednesday of the month, also at Union Hall. Wednesday: German American Society in Pinellas Park -- Swing Time 8098 66th St N, Pinellas Park. Lesson at 7PM, dance til 11. First Saturday: Tiny Ballroom in St. Petersburg -- Tiny Ballroom 7379 Dartmouth Ave N, St. Petersburg. Show up around 6PM. Potluck snacks, relaxed atmosphere.
